Hi there,
I'm getting the same message when I try and log into the app
On kindle fire. I checked registration and it says already registered. The app works fine on iPhone and the help I requested for updating current bids was great and all is good. Maybe the app not suitable for kindle or I can't have it on multiple devices. All help much appreciated.

The same message as the Window app? But I don't think you can run Windows applications on Kindle device. It's Android based and can handle Android apps only.

If you refer to Android app, please post to the correspondent forum group.
Anyway, if you can login using your iPhone, you have to use the same exact credentials to login on your Kindle.
You can have it on multiple devices, so this is not a problem.

I read your post, changed my password, verified that I could login using my firefox browser but I am still getting Login... FAILED when using Myibidder.

Purchased 2/5/2015 Download and reinstalled with no change.

Your message is confusing. You said you could login, but then you said you could not login.
Are you sure you are using the same credentials to login every time? It seems like you use something different, either your username or password.

Yes, I am sure I am using the same credentials each time.

As I mention before Firefox browser:
Successfully logs in.

Myibidder Login FAILED.


As I also mention I have been using Myibidder since 2/5/15

Also download and reinstalled yesterday with no change in results.

What username do you use to login using Firefox?

The user id that I use when I login to Ebay using firefox is RobertSCS, I tried both my userid and email address in MyIbidder and get the same results.

I did not ask what you use to login to eBay. You login to the sniper, not to eBay.
What username did you use to login to the sniper with your Firefox?

OKAY, I figured it out.

1, I hadn't linked my profile page to Ebay.
2, I was using my ebay password and not my snipper web login password.

I works now... YEAH!!!
