Whatever happened on Feb 26 2025 with your domain going down completely for a unknown period of time,
I can't get into the software v114 getting this error everytime.

You opened multiple support tickets, but you did not follow up on any of them.

As I responded you there, if you can't login to Myibidder, that means you are using incorrect password. Please reset your account's password. It's a quick and simple process:

I have reset my password, more than once I'll try again. (I don't block e-mails, if something else does, it's not in my control.) I can get into the web interface ok.

Please note your username is "videobruce", not "videobruce1" as you mentioned in some support tickets.

The application shows unregistered even after I re-entered the reg code. I tried it more than once. It's v 1.1.4

I took a screen shot, but the site won't let me upload it. It sends me to a 505 bad gateway like I was getting yesterday tiring to access your sites.

You need to make sure you login using the username you specified with your purchase. Is it possible the username is not "videobruce" and this is why it does not match?

Isn't the username & password the same for the application and e'bay?

That Settings tab, that is the info to connect to e-bay, correct? If I change it there, I wouldn't be able to connect to e-bay. IIRC, originally it was just vb, but like I said for other reason I had to change it for reasons I forgot (e-mail address issue I believe), but that was how I used the application up to the last time I used it with no issue. other than the number of days over the limit resetting the program.

When you login to Myibidder, you use Myibidder username.
You use eBay username when you login to eBay only.

If you have your usernames set to be the same, then it does not matter. But if you used different usernames when you created eBay and Myibidder accounts, then you need to make sure you use the username you created for each service.

Ok, I get that, but,
I changed the username in your program to vb.
Mybidder accepted it, shows 'registered'.

Then I then tried to access e-bay by downloading my watched items and that worked which I don't understand since vb is not my user name on e-bay.

Your Myibidder account is "vb". But you have your eBay account linked to your Myibidder account. This is what Myibidder uses when it needs to access your eBay information.
Whatever is linked is up to you, that's under your control and can be managed at https://www.myibidder.com/main/profile
I would assume it's linked to "vb1" now.

If you were able to login as "vb" to the Windows app, it should be activated automatically now. You can click Help - About to confirm it. You will not be getting anymore pop-ups.

Ok, that explains everything, but that entry in the program isn't correct, it's not your e-bay username, it's the programs username proven by this experience. In most cases it probably would be the same.

It's been years since I had to access that profile on your website, I obviously changed it there.

Sorry for all the confusion, I obviously don't use the program often, it's just that there is a item I'm interested in now that isn't a 'Buy it now".
