I made new account with new user id and password, i get new password by email and changed it into my own. and now i cant login into eBay app.
i already changed password.

The sniper can not change your eBay password, it has no access to that functionality on eBay's side.
If you can't login to eBay app, please reset your eBay password. This is not related to the sniper.
