My iOS app stopped importing my eBay watch list in the last couple of weeks. It goes through the motions and shows some historic items (including items that are still live on my watch list) but does not show any recent items. I updated the app and relinked to eBay but still the same. I then logged into your web site and when I use the import watchlist option under tools, it says there are 0 items in my watch list. I currently have 34 items in my watch list. I’ve double checked it’s linked to the right eBay account on eBay.Co.uk.
If I copy the item ID from the eBay app I can add the item the ibidder manually that way but this is obviously much less convenient.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have become so used to using this excellent service.

There is a known issue on eBay's side when eBay reports no items in your Watch List for certain users.

I noticed this is often related to eBay Motors category in your Watch List. If you have some of those, you can temporary remove them or add it to the named Watch List instead.
If you need help locating those listings and don't want to share the items in your list on a public forum, please contact support directly.

Please note this does not affect the actual sniping.
You can still add items using "Browse eBay" or using item numbers.

Thanks for the help. I don’t have any motor listings but I did move items from my wish list to custom lists and that has sorted it.

I guess some other category is affected as well.
For example, one of the users said he had issues with eBay Classifieds, but I could not confirm it on my end.

Anyway, I'm glad you got it sorted out and that's more important.
