The shipping cost in ebay is different from that shown in ibidder. I have screen shots but don't see how to send them. For example: item 266092515790 (a laptop) has ebay shipping of $107. In mybidder, it is appearing as $83.17.

This has happened several times on several different item.

The sniper shows what eBay provides, it does not calculate it on its own.
If your eBay country is different from your eBay settings, the sniper may get a different value.
Please check your eBay settings to make sure it's all in sync.

In any case, the shipping is not used for your bidding. You should always rely on what's eBay showing as this is what you will be paying.
