i get a email telling me my ebay link has expired. so i follow the instructions to re-link it and it says I'm linked then i start getting emails saying the same thing re-link did it multiple times.and I'm using the stand alone windows application

If you know for sure this is the same username, please let me know what username was in that email.

Iplantulips is the username

That username is still not relinked. Where do you see it's linked?

Here is a screen shot. and here is a second screen shot of me agreeing to ebays Grant Application Access: Myibidder.com i did this multiple times it says linked. then out of the blue ill get a email saying I'm not linked.

Please provide the email which shows your sniper's username.
I'm guessing it's not "Iplantulips" as you mentioned above.

was my original email address. alot of places wont allow aol email addresses anymore so i switched it to my gmail account.everything worked fine before i updated my computer to windows 10 and now i get the relink email.

This is your email, not your sniper's username.
Please check the email with the warning on your expiration link has your sniper's username "Iplantulips" and not something else.
If you want me to check, please copy at least the top of the email here.

Your sniper's account "iplantulips" is not linked.
Please make sure you use "iplantulips" to login the sniper to link it.
Your screenshot is not complete so I can't see what username you used to login to the sniper. You can see it under Profile in "Account Information" section.

i don't know why i have 2 profiles i signed in with iplantulips all is good thanks

I'm glad you got it figured out after all.
Please make sure you set your snipes under one account to avoid confusion in the future, otherwise you are risking to lose snipes due to linking or forgetting where you added your items.
