Hi, I contacted you a couple of days ago about myibidder not working on my iphone....This was my issue...turns out if you have the iphone in DARK mode in the phone settings, you cant see the font in your app....your app possibly needs updating to realize the iphone is in DARK mode & change your font to white...

The app is updated and does support the dark mode.
Please make sure you download the latest version to actually use it:

The app can't force updating it, it's all under your control.
It looks like you did not update for a long time. In this case the app may ask you to relogin.
Please check and let me know if any issues updating.

ahh yes I see...that downloads a 2nd app, so now I have 2...& the only one that works in iPhone DARK mode is the new 2nd app that runs on a credit per use system...can we just get an update to the old original one via an update in the usual way via the app store? or are we supposed to migrate over to the new credit system & the old app to be phased out? or am I missing something?

There was a migration period for the old app like 3 years ago or so. The email was sent about it and the whole transition period was about 6 months.
Maybe you missed the email or just did not use the app that often to actually follow up on this.
Anyway, please contact support directly with your purchase receipt from Apple and I'll see what I can do for you regarding credits.
