I have used myibay for years and have not had any issues. I told my friend about the program and suggested he purchase the software . He did but he is unable to log on. I think the problem may lie in the fact that he used his email instead of Ebay ID when he purchased the software.
The software will not allow log in on neither the Ebay ID or his email.
How do help him fix this?

I wonder why is your friend did not try to contact and resolve it.

Anyway, my guess is that he did not create the account to login into. You did not provided that information so I can't check it. Please check with him if he did.
If he did not, he can create it at https://www.myibidder.com/login/signup
Then use that account to login to the sniper.

Let me know if any issues or suggest him to contact me to speed it up.

my friend is not very computer literate....he knows enough to get by and that's it and then if it's confusing he gives up.....I'm just trying to figure out how to get him logged on....I did the key verification for him....I'll see what I can do

If you provide his username, I can at least look it up on my side and see what he's done already and what steps are missing.

I don't see anything linked to that email, so I would guess he still did not create the account yet.

Now I see it. Make sure you link your eBay account to authorize the sniper to access it and place bids.
You can do it at https://www.myibidder.com/main/ebay

Once linked, you can login to the software using the account you just created.

I'm doing this from home but i have access to his email.
Now it looks like my tomara123 account is tied into his soundsbydave-ca

They should not be tied together

Is this because I'm trying to login at my home instead of his....? the two accounts are linked together. They should be separate

Yes, just make you login from the sniper. Then login again using the account you want to "fix".
Then relink it to the eBay account again, but make sure you are logged in using the account you actually need to link. If not, you need to relogin on eBay.

I've been out of town until now.
I've tried everything I can think of but I still can't log him onto his account.I keep getting Password or Connection error when I try.
Now , to make matters worse I get the same message trying to login to my own account which has worked flawlessly for years.

If you can't login to the sniper's account, please reset the password for it at https://www.myibidder.com/login/reset

And always make sure you use your sniper's username when you login to the sniper.
