I keep having a problem with the app saying I lost because my bid was too low according to ebay bid increments.
However my bid seems to be much higher than the winning bid. But. ...
I still lost.
This has happened more than once to me.
Why am I losing bids?
I've used your app for a very long time and never had this issue before.

I lost because my bid was too low but the winning bid was only $3.80
My bid was 5.05 but it did not enter it.

I investigated your snipe on my end and I see there were some network-related issues during eBay responses.
The sniper tried to submit your bid a few times, but it was timed out on eBay's side.
Luckily, eBay is quick to resolve such issues, so it looks ok now.

Sorry it affected your snipe. I hope you will find the same or better deal on a similar item.

Thanks so much for checking on that for me. That's probably what happened before with the other auctions too.

Ended 20 minutes ago but the bid timer shows half an hour remaining = lost auction despite the fact that my bid would have been quite a bit higher than the winning one.

(Could it be that myibidder failed to consider the end of daylight saving time correctly (in US one week later than Europe)?)

It's not the same issue, not sure why you think it is the same.

I see eBay reported incorrect time on some items, probably due to daylight saving.
It looks good as of now, so the issue was quickly resolved by them. But some snipes were still affected.

It's not the same problem. Your eBay link is expired.
The sniper sent you email notifications about it, but you still did not follow up.

You need to relink your eBay account to authorize the sniper to access it.
If you don't authorize it, the sniper can't place bids for you.

I think I have it relinked but I'm not sure.
If I don't have it relinked then some instructions would be appreciated.
