I recently checked my Nectar points on eBay UK.
The items won using myibidder earned zero points.
The reason stated was as follows :

You committed to buy this item on an eBay site outside of eBay.co.uk, so the purchase does not qualify for Nectar points.

I've checked the eBay country setting and it's set to eBay UK.
This has been happening for atleast the past 5 months.

This is not "eBay country", that affects how you open links in your browsers only.
You need to change "My Snipe Target" to actually use "eBay UK" for placing your bids:

Yes, updating the option using the Web interface is good too, as that will affect your Android app.

Hi,
I set my snipe target to eBay UK as instructed using the web interface.
My bids are still being placed on eBay.com.
I've checked and can't find the snipe target setting in the Android app.

It works well for others, so maybe you did not save the change or changed a different account.

I've checked and it's the correct eBay username linked here.
Are there settings in the Android app to set the snipe target?

The option "My Snipe Target" still points to "eBay US".
Please login to the sniper and make sure you click "Update Profile" button on the bottom of the page to save the change after you change the option.

I'm quite sure I did that a few days ago.
I had to re-login and profile/my user interface/snipe target was set to eBay United Kingdom.
Could you possibly confirm if it is now set to eBay UK?

It's not set yet.
Please make sure you click the "Update Profile" button to save the change.

I have definately clicked on the update profile button at the bottom of the screen.
Also if i logout and the back in, it shows the snipe target as eBay UK.
I changed it to eBay US saved it and logged out.
When I logged in it was still set to eBay US.
I then changed it back to eBay UK and saved it.

This is a different account.
Changing your settings on one account does not change it on another account. All sniper's accounts are not linked to each others.
Please check.

Initially, you asked to check your sniper's account "ianhastings".
The screenshot is for "miscellaneous_again".

You should always use your sniper's account when you login to the sniper.
This is not your eBay account (although, you can make it the same if you want so).

Currently, I see you have 2 sniper's accounts.
Your sniper's account "ianhastings" is configured to use eBay US to place bids.
Your other account is configured to use eBay UK to place bids.

Hi,
I created the miscellaneous_again account to report the incorrect region issue.
I was not aware I had a myibidder.com account.
I only use the android app and have it linked to my eBay account.
When this conversation is finished, I'll delete the miscellaneous_again account.

Not sure why you created another account if you were making changes on one account, while setting snipes on another one.

If you expect to use "ianhastings" for all your snipes and you want those snipes to use eBay UK, please login to "ianhastings" and set the settings to target eBay UK.
