I received a key but when I enter it into Myibidder it still indicates it's unregistered. Any assistance in sorting this matter out would be greatly appreciated.

The instructions mentioned that you need to login using the same username you specified when made the purchase.
If the key is not accepted that means you did not login using that username. Please do.

I've logged out and logged in again using and re-entered the key. It still shows as being an unregistered copy.

I've checked the login once again and have discovered the error. All is working well now. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Not sure why you brought up such an old thread, but please do follow instructions in this thread as mentioned above.

I'm not sure I entered a username when I purchased thru paypal. Is that possible?

Please make sure you login using the same username as you put when you made the purchase.
It should be listed in the Order Confirmation email instructions.
