I put in all the information including item number and it shows up correctly and my bid is in there but when I push the save button it starts to say that it is saving and then immediately shuts off before it is saved

I entered all the information including the item number and all information came up correctly I then put in my bid and hit save as soon as I did it started to save and immediately shut down and did not save... How do I save it so that the bid goes through?

Is there a difference between those two messages? They look the same more or less.

Anyway, please define "immediately shut down". Do you see your snipe when you login to https://www.myibidder.com/ ?
