Hello,
up to the present Myibidder for eBay, downloaded from myibidder.com, was used during about year wqithout any problems.
But, without any reasons, the following situation happened:
- after automatic login, the program is in offline mode constantly and the following screen appears: "Password or connection error";
- attempts of network test give following result:
"Initialing... passed
Connecting... passed
Login... FAILED"
What's the matter? How can I back to working mode?
Important notices:
Settings were not changed.
The comp computer is not infected with viruses (checked).
Login at eBay with this pair login/password is carried out without problem.

You talk about eBay password which entered at Myibidder? Or this refers to some other password?

Your sniper's password is different from your eBay's password.
You login to the sniper using your sniper's password. This is the one I'm talking about.

It's a new procedure. It was not like this until recently.

Been with you several years always used my eBay username and password. Have no idea what my myibay password or username. Used my email to get a password reset twice but still no email from you (checked spam folder too). What am I doing wrong

Username is the same as it was before. That did not change.
Please contact support directly and provide your username.

Second, by manual ( https://www.myibidder.com/forums/viewtopic/8053/important-changes-to-your-account/ ) do a new process to access your eBay account which should improve your sniping reliability.

OK, Now I can only through web-interface, only online.
The windows APP stili show message like a "Login failed."
The diagnostics of app, showed failed, but...

I doing a special rulles in to my router for the IP 66.55.144.135, like accept all incomming and outcomming. And nothing ot change. Still "login failed" and etc.
In to W10 firewall, I've adding myibay.exe to accept all incomming and outcomming and trust, but again still "login failed" !

And now I just return to my question:
What a rules, Ip-addresses, ports and etc I must add to firewall of router and firewall Microsoft W10?

I've disable W10 firewall, nothing!
Still login filed...

If you can login using the Web interface, you have to use the same exact username/password to login to the app too.
It sounds like you use a different username/password to login, that's why it does not work.

Wrong, identical!
And for much experience, I'd tried in to two OS (W7-W10) and two x86 devices.
What about IP-adreses and ports? May be have additional ip?

You are trying to over complicate things where it's not needed.
No, you don't need any special network routes for this.
If it works for your browser, it should work for anything else. If it does not, the only issue if your Firewall. Your browser uses the same connection as anything else on your machine.
Can you provide the output of the Diagnostic or you don't want to share it?

A firewall full disabled and service stoped. just check it on to pc-based 2 devices.

You removed your username so I have no way to check.
Is there a reason why you don't want me to check it?
I still think that you use a different username/password compared to when you login to the Web interface. You should use the same exact one as you login to the Web.

Just been having same issue.

Confusing part is software login asks for "eBay username" not "Myibidder username"

Put Myibidder credentials into login window and all works.

Normally users use the same username as their eBay username, but I agree it may be confusing if your usernames are different.
Should be updated in the future versions. Sorry about that.
