how can I retrieve my Mybidder password to log in from ebay ?

You can not retrieve your password for security reasons.
If you forgot your eBay password, you have to reset it on eBay website directly.

It's not my bay password that I need, but my myibidder password that I need, (or replace) to make a sniper bid on ebay.

The sniper never had its own dedicated password.
It used your eBay account to bid.
