Also happening to me, starting at Oct 09 18:44 eBay time. Thankfully, I use another sniping service as a backup and it doesn't seem to be affected.

Where?
I've have just win a manual auction bidding (just to try if a "request code" appear) 10 minutes before the end and no code nor captcha were request to me (from Firefox on my Mac at home). Parallely the app from my android phone (7 sec. before the end) has received the bad message.
Could the problem be the "multiple access"?
I mean, for example, at the end of the day I get access to eBay at the same time from my work pc, from the phone with eBay app and Myibidder, and fron the iPad... And normally I never logout from the account (apart from the work pc).
In the case just exposed (manual bid) I have logout from all the device expept Myibidder app on phone and Firefox on the Mac...
I hope this could help or something...

I called eBay this afternoon and I was informed that they're having quite a few glitches not limited to bid sniping. I also couldn't complete PayPal payments.
