Win 7 Ultimate
In the past, I received an email from Myibidder when I had won an auction, and this arrived at the same time as the eBay win notification email.
I have won a few auctions recently, but haven't had an email from Myibidder (although the information on the site for these items is exactly correct). I haven't changed anything, for example email address.
This is not an absolute necessity, but it is useful to know that Myibidder is submitting my bids correctly and reporting back the result by email.

You did not provide any relevant information such as you email address, so I have no way to check.
If you don't want to share it, I would guess you are blocking my emails using your spam filter. Please check and adjust.
This is not related to what version of Windows you are using.

Thanks for your reply.
My email address is unchanged in years, and myibidder is not blocked in my email Client (Thunderbird) or in my gmail web account.
There haven't been any change to the way Myibidder is set up, either.

Please double-check that your email is correct in your Profile on the sniper's side.
If it is, then something is blocking it. Unfortunately, I have no way to check.

I have checked my email address there, and it's correct i.e. same as it's been for a while.
My Gmail comes through both my Tbird email client as IMAP mail, and it is of course reflected in my webmail account. It might be possible for gmail to block something when it first arrives there, but investigation on the webmail side shows this isn't happening.
I've also checked any filters or rules in Tbird, and there's nothing there to suggest a block on Myibidder mails. I have of course checked all spam, trash, junk and other relevant mailboxes, but nothing there.
The odd thing is that it was working correctly up until recently, but I can't think of anything which may have changed to cause this problem.

I wish I can check it for you, but I can't since you don't provide the specifics.
You can try another email as an alternative.

Good idea. I'll try it with a GMX address, and report back.
It may be a while, as I don't have anything much I want to snipe at the moment, but an opportunity will surely come.
Thanks for your help.
