It used to focus on the amount field when I click the icon to snipe and it opens a popup window. Now I have to click on the the amount field every time.

I tried disabling all my chrome extensions, it didn't work still.

The focus is done using a simple JavaScript, so it seems like you have it disabled.
The most popular extension to disable it is "NoScript". You can check that one or see if you have something else which may cause it.
