I have tried 2 or 4 times and still won't take key. I have rebooted and still won't take key.. I get message of "new software and my 30 day trial is up. Do I want to buy".. I did. E-mailed key is not taking.. I give me no indication of unlocking the trial. If I X out of the messages then the program will let me go ahead and log and use it. But i have to do it all over each time... any suggestions?
1. You have to login as User id, which you used when made your payment. This user id is included in the same e-mail for your references.
Is that User id yours?
2. Then you can put your key. The key must be used exactly as shown. Please do not remove number, dashes or any other symbols.
