Hello, I haven't used myibidder on chrome for ages and tried lots of passwords but couldn't get in - reset my ebay password and still can't get in so not sure if I'm blocked or how long the block lasts for? Thanks ptrob7

The sniper sets a temporary block after unsuccessful attempts.
It should be reset by now, but I reset it again, so you should be fine now.

Please make sure you type your password correctly. Do not guess.
If you copy/paste, make sure you don't add any additional spaces while selecting and copying.

Ok, thanks for that info. Just out of interest, should the app be exited in between log-in attempts? I definitely entered the correct login/password on several occasions but I was still locked out. However, after posting in this thread and waiting on a response, I closed the app and just started it again...I was able to log in without any issues. If it IS a case of needing to exit the app and restart it again, it might be a good idea to let users know because this definitely seemed to be the case with me.

Exiting is not required, although it will help to extend delays between attempts.
You were able to login because you waited enough for the temporary block to be removed automatically.
