I bought this product in 2013 but have lost the email with the registration key in it.

How can I find the registration key on the working PC so I can install it on my laptop also?

You do the same as on you did you on your first PC:
Just download the software and login using the same eBay user id you specified when purchased the software, so it will recognize you automatically.

I bought this program a long time ago and ages ago I changed my ebay username but it has never been a problem. i just bought a new laptop and redownloaded the program and when i log in with my username and password it keeps coming up as an evaluation copy. Please if anyone can help and its frustrating me. Also, yes, I have already downloaded and installed a new copy but still the same problem.

Your password has nothing to do with the registration.
Please make sure you login using the same eBay user id you specified when made the purchase so the software will recognize you automatically.
