Installed in Win 7 Home .. Will not start , loads .but will not start . Problem say's Incompatible Application . Tried to run in windows XP mode , no help .. simply will not accept any mode to start . Deleted and re-installed .. no help .Made sure of proper down;load ... no help .

Not sure what you mean by "loads but will not start".
It is compatible. Maybe you downloaded something else.
Can you please provide more information or maybe a screenshot of the message?

exe. the program to install it .. installed fine ..asked if i want to run it ..i said yes and it replied by doing absolutely nothing at all .. win. say's it's incompatible when trouble is run .Will not start..

Please provide a screenshot. Your message is confusing a little.
The application is compatible with Windows 7 and 8. I use it on Windows 7 almost every day. So this must be something else.
