1. myibay is now refusing to import new auctions from my watch list.

2. when I exit from myibay i get an error message ablut checking the log file

You did not include your eBay user id, so I can't check what happened.
But that usually happens when you changed your eBay password and never logged in with your updated password to the sniper. You should always login with your current eBay login information to keep it in sync.
