Hi, i run windows 7 pro. 32 bits operating system & just bought this software to find out that version 1.1.4 will not work on my system., but I tried an earlier version 1.0.38 seems to work ok. Any reason why?

Thanks, A small window appears to say that Myibay has stop working check on line, but nothing happened.

Seems like unrelated to Myibidder and based on your local configuration only.
Try the following:
1. Uninstall the application
2. Remove "myibidder" and "myibay" folder in c:\program files\
3. Reboot your PC
4. Re-install the application again

Thanks Sashka, I have tried this several times, I've got the feeling it cannot run on windows 7 Pro 32bits.

It works fine on my own copy of Windows 7, so this is not a problem. The application is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8.

It seems like something locally preventing this application to run. Maybe some kind of anti-virus or virus, they are known to cause various kinds of issues to other applications.
If you have another copy of Windows 7 to try, it may be a good idea to try. However, I know nothing about your configuration so not sure how to help besides suggesting to check and scan it.

It was working fine until I did the update, now all I get is this message
(see the logfile C\Proram Files\Mybidder\myibay.exe log for details)

I think I already answered to your question in the forum. I mentioned that you are probably blocking the app in your Firewall.

As I mentioned in the previous email, it seems like you are blocking the software in your Firewall.
Reinstalling of the software will not ublock it. You have to configure your Firewall to allow it to connect instead.
