You can not. Mobile Safari does not support 3rd party add-ons.

I understand safari may be limited but what about other browsers on the iOS like chrome that I use on my iPad?

Apple does not allow other browsers in the App Store.
Chrome is actually Safari under the hood. Google added their own skin and Google-related Cloud features on the top of Safari without touching the browser itself.
