adding item in android app Fri Dec 07, 2012 11:03 AM Quote

Hi, I imported my watch list and then selected the item I wanted to snipe. It shows the item getting loaded into my active list, but when I actually go to the active list there's nothing there. I also tried to manually add the item, to which it said "invalid eBay id". I don't understand what the issue is, since I typed in the valid id number. After failing multiple times, I used the website to input the snipe for the same item and it worked there

Please always include the item number in question so I could check.

The auction ended a couple hours after I posted this so it wouldn't show up now. It was only that specific item that wouldn't go through, the rest on my list worked. For some reason the app just didn't like that particular one. The website worked like a charm though

Next time please always include the item number if your question is item specific.

As far as I remember, it was not reported.

eBay is constantly making changes on their websites, Myibidder is constantly making changes to reflect that. So from time to time something may get updated wrong way or out of sync.

The majority of the times, Myibidder is able to report it and handle it automatically. There are some rare cases when it requires manual intervention and additional research.
That's why I need all information to be able to replicate it and track it.
