My bidder consistently loses auctions to lower bids then my max got it set on 3 seconds sucks I want my money back!!!!!!!!! N n

Sniping does not guarantee winning. You have to meet eBay's and seller's requirements in order to win.
You did not provide the item number so I can't say what exactly you did not meet, but you can always check the exact reason in "My Status" field.
