I recently updated to win7 and installed firefox and then the myibay sniper add-on. When the add-on is active it causes the Drop down boxes to be unstable and lose text/turn transparent. I found this out by only having the sniper add-on active and then disabling it. Please advise.

It's not clear what you mean by "drop down boxes to be unstable".
Can you please describe it in more details or provide a screenshot?
Also, if you disable the add-on, it will not even give you the "Snipe it" button so you can't get the popup window at all.

When I right click or use the menu items (when Sniper tool is install) the drop down box will solid for a second. You can see the outline of the menu items, but you can not see the items to click on. Plus, the box will not stay down (unstable).
BTW: I am not able to register on the forum. I tried to use Explorer and Firefox, but no password was sent. When I click on submit, it does nothing.

I can send you a screen shot, but I can not see how.
How do you add a screen shot?

You can press PrintScreen button and Paste it to any graphic editor.
Then save it as a PNG/JPG file so you can attach with your message here.

I cannot paste to this window or add image.
So, you can look at the screen shot image on my web site at

The left image is of the ebay page with the myibay add-on NOT installed. You can see the drop down menu under bookmarks. The right image is with the add-on installed and you can only see the outline of the dropdown box under the bookmarks.
So, Drop down boxes are unstable and lose text/turn transparent with my-iby addon in firefox
Is that clear now? Do you have a solution.
Win 7 (64bit)
Firefox 13.0.1

Yes, thanks a lot for the screenshot.
This pull-down menu is not a part of the Myibidder add-on, this is a part of Firefox. Unfortunately, it's not under my control.
The only suggestion I can give is to try another browser (like Google Chrome), or try to reinstall your Firefox using clean installation (removing your original add-ons and reinstalling them one by one).

Hi Sashka - There is not reason to do anything you suggested because the cause is the MYbidder Add-on. Once removed the problem is solved in Fire-Fox. The Before Screen hot is WITHOUT Mybider Add-ON. I have removed the MY-BIDDER add-on and it solves the problem. However, I did not know the tool worked with Chrome. Why not make one for IE? Also, there is clearly a problem with Firefox and the Mybidder tool.

Myibidder does not control your pop-up menus in your browser. It has no access to it. It seems like you have some kind of conflicts with other add-ons which manage browser's skin or its look.
It works fine for me and hundreds of other users who use different add-ons together with Myibidder add-on.
IE does not offer the same add-on capabilities like Firefox and Chrome, that's why IE did not get the same add-on.
About your registration. I thought you were referring to add-on conflict which was solved by disabling it.
If you can't submit a form using your browser, there is something with your Firefox installation. The registration process uses a simple form. I see registrations are coming from other users with no problems. I also see your registration as well, so the form was definitely submitted.
The other message is saying that you can't get the email. Seems like the form worked after all, but you (or your ISP) blocked my emails probably.
Try to reset your password if you registered already.
You may want to adjust your spam filter or check your junk folder if you can't or don't know how to adjust your spam filter.
