I really like the free version and I am purchasing the full one. The one thing I would love would be photos or a link to the ebay post if possible so I don't have to switch Bach and forth between apps.

Actually, there is a link to eBay listing from the app directly:
From the snipe screen open the menu and click "Browser".

The link is kind of slow...are there any plans to add photos that appear automatically without clicking a link?

The link depends on your phone's connection, the app does not make it slower or anything like that.
Although, having pictures in the ToDo list, but currently I see no place to put it on the small screen of the phone.
