Hi, just purchased and installed app, but it won't log on. Using correct details it responds with "logon or password incorrect". Other eBay apps work fine with same details.

Hope someone can help or I will have to get a refund!

Tried the free version it does the same.

You don't have to send your questions in different places to get your answer.
I answered to you in the support ticket already. Here is a copy just in case if you deleted it by mistake:

You did not include your eBay user id or the app you bought or any other reference.
Please make sure you type your eBay user id or password correctly. If you put wrong password several times, you will be locked out, so you have to make sure you type it properly.
Also, your password must be secure enough (you don't get any warning screen when login on eBay).

Hi, sorry didn't realise u were on here as well.

I purchased myibidder auction pro for eBay, and when I type in the correct user id and password the app tries to log in with eBay but then shows the message :- can't logon user id or password incorrect.

Both are correct and I can logon to the android eBay app , eBay website ,and another eBay search app.

I will change the password and see if that helps.

Any suggestion u might have as to the issue would be welcome.

The only suggestion is if you provide your eBay user id, then I can check what happened on the server side.
But if changing your password to something stronger is a good idea too. Let me know how it will work out for you.
