Does myibay take the change to summer / winter time into consideration the same was as ebay does?

I had not noticed any malfunction this year, but I was not so sure some time ago - when ebay times ended one hour earlier than I had expected.

"some time ago" and not this year means it's at least one year ago, or maybe even two. No, I don't remember the item number. Even if, the items would not be available online any more.

I remember about a year ago eBay had a bug when they displayed invalid time (one hour difference). It was inconsistent: sometimes you get the correct time, sometimes the time is invalid.
We had some work-around this issue, but this is one of the things you can't control much.
All other summer/winter time switches were fine on eBay, so I'd guess it was some temporary glitch which should not happen.
