I think you opened a support ticket for this already.
If you did, there is no need to duplicate the same question on forum several times.
You said that you can't get it to run, but please include all error messages if you want some help. I don't know what you are getting.
Why are you trying to add the app to the startup manager if it works fine on its own?

Because it's nice to sit down , start the computer and have the programs that i use open up and be ready for use right away . That's why we use start up managers !
Now.. I can't tell you what the message is until i shut down and start up again .. that's when your program faults all the time ..
Has to do with user name and password , which i put in exactly as they are supposed to be and your program denies them , but , they are the same as when i start from the program

Maybe your connection is not established yet or Firewall is not loaded completely.

I was referring to connection of your PC with outside world.
When your PC is restarted, it interrupts the connection.
The TCP/IP connection is not established while it's booting up.

I never heard about RR requiring a special application. If you use it, then it probably needs some time to get an IP and establish connection.

RR does not require any application at all .. it's always on and is a primary , not an application .. your software program is a secondary application ..subversive to rr

What is "Road Runner 24 hour" in your start up sequence? Why do you need it if RR does not require any applications?
