To Whom It May Concern,

I cannot open Myibay on my computer. I get the error below (pic below). I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it worked right after I installed it, but when I closed the application and tried to reopen it, it gave me the error again. Please help!

Try to reinstall it, or please send the log file which it is referring to.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Also, the log file that it is supposedly referring to is not there. I checked "see hidden files" in the folder options and still couldn't find anything in the location provided by the program.

You may need to run it as Administrator if you can't write to "Program Files" folder.

Just wanted to thank you for the myibidder site and the myibay program - they are lifesavers for eBay bid sniping and have returned their price many times over! Great job keeping the program stable also - haven't ever had an error or a scheduled bid that wasn't placed by the system!
