HTC HD2 is Windows Mobile 6.5. We do not have mobile app for Windows Mobile 6.5.
The app supports HD2 when running Android only.
If you have Android installed unofficially, you need to fix your Market.

In this case you have to install Android app for Myibidder the same way as you did for other apps.

As I mentioned before, you have to fix your Market on your HD2. Your Market filters some apps.
Myibidder has no filters set on Market's side, so it must be on your device.
The HD2 does not have official Android, so you installed Android Market from some other device and it does not work properly. You have to fix it in order to work properly.
You could try the latest Market from Cyanogenmod. I think the version is 20110828.
