Hi,
I have been using myibay for a couple of days, and it worked fine, until today.
Whenever I try to add an item, it says "Item Number is Invalid". However the item number is 100% correct. No item numbers work (I have tried about 20 from different categories). I even tried making up some random numbers, and the only things that seem to work are Auto/Car parts from the US/.com site. I am in the UK.
I was able to add one item earlier by chance, but it won't allow me to add anything else. I have tried to add that item to another eBay account, and it fails.
I am logged in with saved password.
I have also tried using another eBay ID.
I have it set to run on eBay .co.uk
I am on version 1.0.43
I have tried reinstalling the software.
I currently have 3 snipes that are active - 2 I added yesterday, 1 I added today (the program worked for a brief moment to allow me to add it)
I am using Windows 7 x64
I have also tried the online version, which doesn't add anything either (but no message).
Any help?

This is due to recent eBay's layout change. Sniper was updated to reflect that and everything is back to normal.

I just downloaded the latest version of the software, and paid for it this evening (1/19/12). The very first auction I tried to enter, I got the same message that the ID was not valid. I used "copy and paste", and then typed it in manually - neither way works. I know that number is correct - I can send you a JPEG of the error and the open window showing the actual auction ID so you can try it. Since the software is the latest version, I believe you still have a problem.

I don't need the JPEG image, I need the item number so I could replicate the issue.

Please always include the item number in question.
Your location does not matter in this case.
