You did not specify what kind of proxy you are using. Maybe it's just not compatible or need some extra settings.

It works fine with Squid using its default settings.
Please check your configuration and logs.

Squid proxy does not just show "Connection Failed" message, it should have more information on why it failed.
Please check.

I have not accesse to Squid logs.
But I fix problem: uninstall myibay application and continue using web-version
|
