Cannot add a second snipe to Bid/Watching page Thu Dec 02, 2010 02:18 PM Quote

I have a snipe listed that will trigger in about an hour and an half. I've not used you program in the past ans this is the first attempt using it.

I can't enter a second snipe, I tried multiple times and the dialog box just goes away and the main page is not up dated.

I have 25 auctions listed on the Bid/watching page.

I won the bid for the snipe I had originally entered. I have tried again to add a second bid and the bids simply don't get listed on the bid watching page. The Frost one worked fine. Now it's become unusable.
Thanks

I see you have 41 items listed in your account. 40 of them are not ended yet, 1 of them you won.
Is that the list you are referring to?

What other item number you are trying to add?

Sorry if that was confusing.
I couldn't get a second bid to register. I shut down myibay and restarted and I was able to enter a new snipe. Problem solved.

BTW I like the program,
Thanks

I see what you mean now.
My guess is that you lost the connection or IP got changed from your ISP, so the application could not detect it and could not reconnect.
Yes, restarting or simple logout/login should help.

Thanks for your follow up.
