I'm not sure it's clear what do you mean by that.
Should I make snipes from free users delays or miss? I'm not sure this is a good idea.
If you meant something else, please clarify.
You paid one time fee for the software only, not some monthly fee for a support. We do our best to provide the best support and service for all users.
Is there something you did not like with the service provided? Please share.
