You've done it correctly.
I checked and see that there was some network outage during that time.
I contacted my hosting provider and they told me an upper provider had some router upgrade/replacement, which suppose to improve network reliability from now on.
I'm sorry it happened to you, but that was out of my control.
I hope you can find the same item again.
