I purchased myibay a couple of days ago and it's running 10 seconds behind the auction time.Is there any way to calibrate the software so I can get in sync with the auctions?

The software uses your system time and does not need calibration.
This time does not affect sniping anyway, but you can adjust your system clock (for example, using Internet Time built-in to Windows).
