minimum bid value Sat Feb 06, 2010 03:52 PM Quote

I was thinking about bidding on an item on Ebay.co.uk this afternoon but noticed that the minimum bid amount on the Ebay website was different to the minimum bid amount in listed in MyIbay V.1.0.42 (Build 474).

The item had been bid up to £87.99. On Ebay it said that the minimum bid amount was £89.99, but in MyIbay the minimum bid was £88.99. Is there a bug in there somwhere perhaps?

Apart from that, ne of the most useful programs on the net. Ever.

I am happy to post the Ebay item number when bidding is finished if required.

Each eBay regional site has its own price increment table so that's why you see a different value (for eBay US it's 1.00, but for eBay UK it's 2.00).

This is not a bug and does not affect sniping anyway. This field is for informational purposes only, you always need to set your absolute maximum when setting a snipe.
