I think the item pane is a little inefficient in terms of space usage. Currently the window needs to be quite big to display enough information.

Would it be possible to compress this by adding more than one item property on the same line?

For example Item ID and quantity, and maybe current bid and time left.

This means we could keep the myibay window quite small and still see all the information.

I recommend to remove columns you don't need.
Compressing info by putting it in the same cell won't make a big difference anyway unless I did not get your idea correctly (if I did not, can you please try to draw it?).

maybe there can be an option to change tyhe font size olf the columns ?

It uses a standard size font. How smaller are willing to go?
What's the resolution of your screen?

my screen is 1280x800 but i dont think its too small to be honest.
but maybe its just a function you could include for people who have great eye sight

I have produced a screenshot, modified it in Photoshop and attached it.

I have left current bid and time left on the bottom line of the activity pane. These are the things that people will concentrate on most.

I have been impressed with the beta to this point. As it
matures to include the same features as the Windows version
it is definitely a program I would pay for.

It depends. I'd prefer to have a stand-alone application so I don't need to open the browser and do copy/paste work there.
