Hello,

I have an idea that would be really nice if you could somehow incorporate it in your next update (if it is something that can be done).

The myibay extension injects a link under the [watch this item] button to snipe that item. It would really be nice if the extension could remember the snipe amount that was set for an ebay item, and for those items that myibay snipe have been set, instead of injecting a link 'snipe it' again in the ebay item page, the extension replaces the 'snipe it' with 'snipe have been set at $XX.00'. or a shorter equivalent. for example 'snipping at $xx' or whatever.

Just an idea but something I wish that dev team could be implemented.

thank you

Welcome to our forums.

Actually, this is already implemented in the next version of Firefox add-on. You will have to wait until it will be approved by Firefox add-ons team.
They are usually fast, but due to recently increased Firefox popularity it may take some time.
Thanks for your suggestion anyway.

thank you for your reply.

Is the new update to myibay extension done and just waiting for FFx addon team? Because if that's the case, do you have a beta (for testing) version of this new update that I could download and install from your website (if allowed)?

thank you

I used to host beta versions, but future updates will be more complicated as Firefox can't check two sources.
Please wait until it will be approved by Firefox add-on team.

If they won't approve it until this weekend, I'll give you a patched version which will check addons.mozilla.org, but will have an updated version anyway.

I was browsing AMO and found that you can download a version which is under approval stage:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/5571
