If you have registered version installed then it will update it for free.

If you decide to purchase it, there is no need to uninstall the demo, you just need
to purchase a license code. You will get the license key by email, or you can simply login using the username you specified so the software will recognize you automatically. The demo is free, and expires after 30 days.

You have to create your own sniper's account using the
Sign up form.
After you created your account, you need to link it to your eBay account in the
Profile section.
Once linked, you can login to the sniper using the account you just created.
